Use of the myPOS name
In the presence of a legal agreement with the brand, authorised parties can represent the myPOS brand and use the brand elements as described here.
If registering a company or a website domain, authorised partners must register a new name, which DOES NOT include “myPOSˮ in it, in order to avoid repetition of the original brand.
If creating a social media page or profile - the same is valid. Your profile name cannot contain “myPOSˮ.

Logo usage
The myPOS logo should remain a common element across the network of promoters.
Authorised promoters will be entitled to use the brand logo according to the brand guidlines. In the above case, there should be a mandatory disclaimer, stating that you are an authorised representative of the brand:
„The e-money and payment services under myPOS Service are provided by licensed Electronic money institutions.“
Note: The legal texts are mandatory and should be translated by the promoter depending on the language used on their website and are to be proofread/run first by myPOS Marketing team before publishing.
Content and copyright
The use of myPOS proprietary, copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited without a prior approval by the brand.
Such materials include: content and text displayed on the myPOS website, blog articles, white papers or other documentation; photographs, diagrams, videos, images, as well as sound and video clips.
If authorised, your use of copyrighted materials must be accompanied by the following sentence, including a hyperlink to www.mypos.com:
”Original content can be found on mypos.com. All rights reserved.”
Exception: Social media posts found on the official channels of myPOS, with links mentioned in this document.
Fees which have not been approved by myPOS Limited Ltd., such as monthly fee, customer support fee or similar, should not be displayed. Please note that you are not allowed to charge the end-users‘ fees or commissions as you are only entitled to a remuneration solely by myPOS.
- Strictly prohibited:
- The use of images of branded goods and services, for which no usage license has been obtained and which are published or shown without the permission of the owner
- Declaring exclusivity for a certain region or country and stating that a promoter is OFFICIAL/EXCLUSIVE for this territory is strictly prohibited. Please note that no exclusivity is granted under the signed agreement.
- Any case of unauthorized usage of any material that is subject to IP rights protection and which may cause violation
- Information that is wrong or misleading to the customers. It might damage the reputation of myPOS and may be considered a brand violation from the perspective of the Card Organizations - adult content, tobacco, illegal pharmacy etc.
Online presence
As a partner, you have to make it apparent to customers that they’re interacting with an external party and not myPOS.
Please refrain from using misleading visuals or copy. You shouldn’t confuse the buyer into assuming they are interacting with myPOS.
Domain names
myPOS authorised partners can choose domain names at their own discretion and subject to name availability. We recommend that you choose a name which indicates you are selling POS devices or services, but the name SHOULD NOT include ”myPOS” in it, in order to avoid repetition with the main brand.
Example: posvision.nl or starpos.it
Partners operating an online store using the myPOS Online functionality are not allowed to sell POS devices using the default domain: mypos.site

- Do not use myPOS in your business/company name
- Don’t copy or mimic the myPOS website in terms of content, structure, design, as this will affect both you and the myPOS brand
Website guidelines
Make sure that your website content is 100% unique. Use only myPOS logos, images and typography if allowed and as outlined in this document.
The following text needs to be placed on the homepage of every promoter’s website:
‘’[Company name] is an official promoter of the myPOS products and services.’’
When choosing a design for your website, please keep the brand colours in mind and choose a colour scheme, which is suitable or compatible with the brand colours.
- DOs:
- have your unique profile name
- include the original myPOS logo and slogan if allowed
- create unique content and structure
- use colour scheme in unison with the brand colours
- place supported card acceptance logos using their brand guidelines
- place a link on the homepage of the website pointing to mypos.com
- DONT’s:
- choose a domain which contains only myPOS
- modify the myPOS brand logo or slogan
- copy content or structure from the brand website
- use colours, which clash with the brand colours
- link on every page to the mypos.com website
Google Ads and myPOS
myPOS promoters are not allowed to bid on keywords containing the myPOS brand name and/or device names.
Here are examples of keywords which are forbidden:
“myPOS” “my POS” “POS my” “MYPOS” “mypos” “myPOS + keyword” “myPOS shop” “myPOS login” “myPOS Go” “myPOS Pro” etc.
To avoid Google’s algorithm serving the ads for forbidden keywords, we advise you to add myPOS as a negative keyword at account level.
Here are examples on which myPOS promoters are allowed to bid:
“pos terminal” “credit card machine” “card terminal in the UK” “best card terminal for small businesses” “payment terminals for taxies”, etc.
Social Media Channels
Profile names
myPOS promoters should observe the same rules as when choosing a website domain i.e. should use a name which DOES NOT include myPOS in it. Before creating a page, the name should be approved by the myPOS Marketing team.
Content
Make sure to use only the recommended logos, images and typography as outlined above.
Post content that is 100% unique, unless sharing myPOS posts as indicated in the examples.
Share cutomer stories and images, upon their approval, or reach out to the Marketing team if you need help and have questions.

- have your unique profile name
- create unique content or share the official page posts
- when publishing a material (product descriptions, images) always make sure to obtain the needed copyright permissions
- DONT’s:
- name your profile page myPOS
- use the myPOS logo as the only element in your profile picture
- modify the myPOS brand logo or slogan
- copy content from the brand page and post as your original one
- disclose any financial information, intellectual property or similar sensitive content
Offline presence
Events
All communication materials must be approved by the brand prior to being produced, published or executed and in accordance with the aforementioned guidelines. The brand myPOS must be the main communication point of every participation. Booth or stand designs must first be approved by the brand. Please reach out to the Marketing team for additional advice.
Sponsorship for events could also be possible and can be discussed with the brand.
Print materials
Every promoter can have access to the existing brand brochures, presentations, etc.
In addition, myPOS promoters can prepare their own marketing materials if shared with and approved by the brand.
Access to a library with marketing materials, including images, brochures, guides and other resources, is provided to every partner.
Media publications
If you have the opportunity to talk to media or run articles in local publications, please note that all aforementioned guidelines apply.
The myPOS brand name or imagery should not be used without permission. Declaring exclusivity is strictly prohibited and all other rules apply in this channel as well. Feel free to email [email protected] before planning such activities.
