Electronic receipts, also known as e-receipts, can be conveniently sent to customers via email or SMS upon request. Simply enter the customer's email address or phone number into the POS device and send the e-receipt for a seamless transaction experience.

Yes, the current hardware version of myPOS Go 2 supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity. You can switch between 4G and 2.4GHz WiFi based on your preference and location specifics.

No bank account is required to use myPOS. Payments are instantly settled in your personal myPOS merchant account, which supports multiple currencies. You can then transfer funds to any bank account or utilize our provided business Mastercard card for managing corporate expenses.

If the portable card reader is misplaced or stolen, we kindly request that you notify us immediately. The only potential risk is that someone may accept a limited number of transactions, which might later require chargebacks or refunds. Your business would be responsible for covering the associated transaction fees, which is the sole impact in the event of a lost or stolen device.

The card payment machine uses NFC (Near Field Communication) to accept payments. All cards and devices (incl. mobile phones with an installed e-wallet) can be connected for a payment. Just bring the e-wallet device closer to the reader.
