Mario Shiliashki
Chief Executive Officer
Mario brings to myPOS decades of experience and a global view on payments and fintech, having served in global senior leadership roles at PayPal, Mastercard and PayU. Before joining myPOS in April 2024, he successfully led all stages of transformation, growth, M&A and exit as CEO of PayU GPO - an online payments and fintech player in high-growth markets across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
Mario has served as non-executive director on the boards of several public and private companies in the financial services and technology sectors and has been an advisor in a few tech-focused investment funds.
In his early career, Mario was an equities analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York and a strategy consultant at Bain in London. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from Bryant University.

Attila Kulcsar
Chief Financial Officer
Attila is a seasoned Global CFO and senior executive with nearly 25 years of experience leading finance, strategy, transformation, and M&A across fintech, financial services, FMCG, and pharma. He has held leadership roles at PayU GPO (Prosus), Euronet Worldwide, AstraZeneca, and Avon, and began his career in management consulting with BCG.
He is known for driving business turnarounds, accelerating sustainable growth, and executing high-impact M&A, having managed complex global operations across Europe, Asia, LATAM, Africa, and the US. His track record includes leading PayU GPO through a $610M sale and delivering a margin improvement of more than 25 percentage points, transforming the business from loss-making to profitable growth. He has also driven large-scale finance transformations at Avon, AstraZeneca, and PayU, redesigning structures, processes, and systems to strengthen controls, boost efficiency, and enhance strategic decision-making.
Attila excels in building high-performing international teams and aligning finance with business strategy to create long-term value for companies, investors, and stakeholders. He holds a master's degree in finance from Corvinus University of Budapest and is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Matt Komorowski
Chief Revenue Officer
Matt brings a wealth of payments experience from iconic companies such as PayPal, Groupon and the Boston Consulting Group. Most recently, he served as CRO at Volt.io where he focused on driving adoption of the company’s open banking products across business verticals and international markets.
Matt has more than 12 years of experience in the payments sector, including a decade-long tenure at PayPal where he served as a managing director for Central and Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Benelux before leading partnerships across Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East & Africa. He holds a degree in commerce and finance from the University of Toronto.

James Keating
Chief Marketing Officer
James brings over 20 years of marketing leadership across top global tech and fintech companies - including Pleo, Dropbox, Microsoft and Oracle - with a track record of driving growth, scaling teams and building standout brands.
At Pleo, James led the company’s marketing function through a period of rapid expansion, helping to scale demand generation, brand awareness, and go-to-market execution as the company grew into a European category leader. At Dropbox, he played a key role in accelerating international growth through to IPO. Passionate about innovation, he leverages AI and emerging technologies to deliver smarter, more impactful marketing.
In addition to his executive roles, James has advised several tech-focused investment funds, supporting seed and early-stage companies on their go-to-market strategies. He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing Leadership from Henley Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Psychology from the University of Surrey.

Abdenour (Nour) Bezzouh
Chief Technology Officer
Nour has over 25 years of leadership experience in engineering and digital transformation across four continents. He has proven expertise in transforming organisation and technology to accelerate growth and innovation within the financial sector, specialising in consumer technology, enterprise SaaS and fintech.
Nour has a significant tenure at Intuit in Silicon Valley, California, and served at Banco Santander as the Digital Head of Technology and Operations, spearheading the bank's transition to a global financial services platform and launching multiple fintech initiatives. He holds an honours master’s degree in telecommunication and computer sciences from Paris Telecom France, and a project management and Agile certification from Carnegie Mellon University, California.

Oliver Furniss
Chief Product Officer
Oliver is an experienced product leader with a strong track record in fintech, having held executive roles at Xero, Wise, Dojo, and ComplyAdvantage. He has built and scaled product teams across fast-growth companies, focusing on creating world-class product experiences in the fintech, payments, and compliance spaces.
Before joining myPOS, Oliver led product at ComplyAdvantage and helped grow and scale Dojo. Earlier in his career, he spent over five years at Xero, where he helped drive the global expansion of the platform for small businesses.

Maxim Kochnev
Chief Operating Officer
Maxim joined myPOS in 2018 as a chief financial officer and is currently overseeing the operational aspects of the business, propelling tech and employee growth. His professional experience includes a company from the Big Four audit firms as well as heading the finance team at a fast-growing service company for 5 years.
Having managed an international group of companies with outsourced operations in Bulgaria, Max brings substantial BPO management experience. In addition to being a CFA charterholder, Max holds bachelor's and master's degrees in corporate finance from the University of Economics, Varna.

Fozia Raja
Chief People Officer
Fozia is an accomplished people leader with a proven track record of driving global organisational transformation across high-growth tech firms and leading financial institutions. She brings deep HR and leadership expertise from companies such as Sprinklr, HSBC and FIS, where she has been instrumental in shaping cultures of performance, building strong leadership capability, and enabling business growth at scale.
Her career spans sectors including financial services, SaaS, and working capital solutions for SMEs, always underpinned by a belief that empowered people build extraordinary companies. Fozia is known for her inclusive, purpose-driven approach to leadership and culture, and for creating the conditions where teams can do their best work. She holds a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing and is also a published author.

Stephane Pilloy
Chief Compliance & Risk Officer
Stephane’s career in financial services spans over 25 years. It includes experience in financial modeling, capital raising, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Point-of-sale payments have been a recurring theme throughout his professional path.
Stephane was a consultant at Accenture, an investment banker at Credit Suisse and a managing director at HSBC. Additionally, his work involved high-profile payment and card providers such as Vocalink, SIA, Nexi (CartaSi), Cofinoga, Network International, John Lewis Financial Services and M&S Money. He holds a master’s degree in finance from the London Business School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universite Libre de Bruxelles.

Andrew Williams
Chief Legal Officer
Andrew is a highly skilled international lawyer and general counsel with over 20 years of professional experience. Trained as a corporate lawyer at leading international firm Hogan Lovells, he has held senior leadership roles in major fintech companies for the past 14 years.
At Worldpay, he helped build and lead the award-winning legal team that supported consistent double-digit growth and steered the company through IPO and its subsequent US mergers. At Western Union, as General Counsel for Europe and Africa, he led the regional business and regulatory legal team through a period of transition and renewed business strategic focus.
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in history with honors from the University of Cambridge, Magdalene College and a postgraduate diploma in law from Nottingham Law School. He is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales as well as in Hong Kong, where he spent several years living and working.
